The Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of His Majestys Treasury are pleased to Refer this Memoriall to the Principal Officers of His Majestys Mint in the Tower of London who are to Consider the matter therein Contained and to Report to their Lordships a true state thereof together with opinion what is fit to be done therein
