I am commanded by my Lord Treasurer to transmit to You the enclosed Proposal of James Maculla of Dublin Pewterer for disposing of Three Thousand Pounds worth of Block Tyn yearly in the Kingdome of Ireland upon the Terms therein mentioned My Lord is pleased to direct You to consider the said Proposal and let him have Your Opinion what is fit to be done therein I am &ca. 19th.
