May it please yor Lordps
The Clerks & under Officers of the Mint whose salaries were not above forty pounds per an, have lately had their salaries increased by one fourth part by a signe manual, except the Porter of the Mint Mr Robert Low. And I humbly pray that his Salary, wch is but twenty pounds per an, may in like manner be increased to twenty & five pounds per an
