In obedience to your Lordship's order we have perused the Memorial and Certificate {illeg}in favour of Mr. Catesby Oadham against Mr. Brattell communicated to us the 15th. instant, and having fully considered the same we find no reason to alter our opinion con{illeg}cerning either of them certified in our former Reports to your Lordship,
